Step 1

Tracie Ottman
Counselor, M.A., LPC · Licensed Professional Counselor
Tracie is a Licensed Professional Counselor who supports teens and women navigating life transitions, relationships, anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, and self-esteem concerns. She uses a compassionate, holistic, and solution-focused approach to help clients develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships and boundaries, build confidence, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience. Tracie also incorporates evidence-based approaches, including CBT and spiritually integrated counseling, when appropriate and aligned with each client’s goals and values.

Counselor, LPC-Associate under supervision of Erin James
Zach is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps with a commitment to supporting fellow veterans. He also provides counseling for adults and teens with a direct, compassionate, and supportive style.
Nancy Peckham

Nancy supports children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, ODD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, grief, and PTSD. She has experience in play therapy and combines multiple counseling theories to tailor care to each client’s individual needs.

Kristen is bilingual in English and Spanish. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, with emphasis on pre-teens and teens navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions.

Mason supports children, young adults, and couples navigating emotional challenges, relationship concerns, and life transitions. His background includes work with children on the autism spectrum, and he is especially passionate about couples and young adults.
