As an LPC-Associate under the expert supervision of Kimberly Ruthardt, LPC-S, Nancy brings enthusiasm and dedication to supporting children, teens, and young adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, and OCD.  She draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches in her work with teens and adults and utilizes the components of her training in play therapy with children which she combines and tailors for each client’s unique story. She is truly passionate about mental health advocacy and helping clients overcome various challenges and flourish in their growth journey!

Kristen Troy is a highly skilled bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Professional-Associate and National Certified Counselor (NCC). With a strong understanding of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and strengths-based strategies, she is also EMDR-trained.

Kristen confidently works with children adolescents, and adults, with a primary emphasis on pre-teens and teens navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions.

Austin is a Master’s Level Counseling Intern at Serenity Springs Wellness & Counseling Group, where he is completing his clinical practicum under LPC site supervision.
Austin specializes in substance use recovery and trauma-informed care, including PTSD and CPTSD. He works with adolescents and adults experiencing addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns.
His approach is direct, practical, and goal-oriented, focusing on early momentum and real-world change. He integrates CBT, REBT-informed strategies, and psychoeducation to support coping skills, emotional regulation, and behavior change.
