Internal staff alerts

Staff SMS Terms

Serenity Springs uses a small, internal text-alert program so authorized team members know when a new appointment request is waiting. These messages are operational—not marketing—and are never sent to prospective clients through this program.

A clear, limited-purpose program

A quiet alert for the team—not another message for clients.

When a website appointment request arrives, an authorized staff member receives a brief notification and reviews the office email before following up. The text does not confirm care, provide clinical guidance, or enroll the person who submitted the form.

What these alerts are for

Serenity Springs Appointment Request Staff Alerts let an authorized team member know that someone has submitted a request through this website. An alert may include the requester’s name, phone number, preferred contact method, and general reason for reaching out. The team member then checks the office email for the complete request.

An alert does not confirm an appointment, make a clinical recommendation, or replace the office’s normal review and scheduling process.

Who receives messages

Only authorized Serenity Springs staff members may receive these alerts. Before a mobile number is added, the staff member gives direct verbal permission to the business administrator to receive appointment-request notifications from Serenity Springs at that number. Consent applies only to this staff-alert program and may be withdrawn at any time.

People who submit an appointment request do not enroll in this text program and do not receive these internal alerts.

Message frequency and carrier charges

Message frequency varies with appointment-request volume and may be irregular. Message and data rates may apply under the recipient’s wireless plan. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. A staff member may also ask the business administrator to remove their number from the alert list. For help, call 972-809-9597 or email office@serenityspringswellness.org.

How mobile information is protected

Mobile phone information, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process limited information only as needed to deliver and support the staff-alert service. See the full Privacy Policy.
