Austin is a Master’s-level counseling intern at Serenity Springs Wellness & Counseling Group. His areas of focus include ADHD support, substance use recovery, PTSD and trauma-informed care, anxiety, identity development, and practical skill-building.

Approach
Austin uses a client-centered, solution-focused approach informed by CBT, REBT, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation to help clients build momentum toward realistic goals.
