Anthony is a United States Coast Guard veteran with first responder experience. He works with adults and teenagers and brings compassion, discipline, and real-world understanding to counseling.

The office can help with general questions about age groups served, service type, availability, and whether in-person or virtual care is appropriate.
Approach
Anthony uses CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, substance abuse counseling, and practical support for coping strategies, emotional wellness, and personal growth.
